The initial meeting for the 8th Grade Historical Tour Meeting is Thursday evening, 9/10/2015 @ 7:00pm in the Fireside Room. All registration will be done online. Those that do not have access to the internet, can get packets at this meeting and complete them by hand.
All trip guidelines, venues, costs, and security will be covered. Bring any questions you have and they will be addressed. If you have not already done so, please visit our site at, www.cltours.org, and register and pay deposit (if you are using a credit card). Payment by check can be brought to the meeting, the MS office, or mailed to CL Tours.
If you register, but do not pay the deposit by September 30, 2015, you will be placed on a waiting list. We need an accurate count of those going so we can finalize our plans for a third bus. If we have less than 130 PAX, then only two buses will be ordered and our PAX will be limited to 112.
The meeting begins at 7:00pm, but come early if need to register or pay deposit. Staff will be there to assist you and/or answer questions
